Description: This position provides support direct to the President and team members throughout the company. It handles managerial, personnel, and administrative functions. Successful candidates are confident, dependable, diligent, detailed, and disciplined.
Typical duties of the position may include:
Support to the President as instructed.
Answer and quickly learn how to appropriately direct calls.
Assist with leadership and management functions as assigned.
Maintain personnel files.
Prepare administrative reports.
The Executive Assistant will be assigned additional tasks in support of the company’s goals.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to quickly and accurately convey ideas.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks while remaining focused.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Competitive and commensurate with experience, plus a robust benefits package.
