logoPioneer Title Agency is pleased to announce the opening of its newest branch office, which is located in the greater-Anthem area at 34406 N. 27th Drive in Phoenix. Real estate veteran Cathy Weir, who formerly worked at Pioneer’s Arrowhead branch in Glendale, will head the new office as branch manager as well as serve as an escrow officer. Joining her, also coming from the Arrowhead branch office, are Monique Minor as an escrow officer, Michele Stalker as a sales representative, Carla Lingenfelter as an escrow assistant. A 2014 Arizona Corporate Excellence honoree, and recipient of the Community Impact Award, Pioneer Title Agency has proudly been serving Maricopa County since 2006, handling all types of real estate transactions, ranging from the smallest secondary loans to the transfer of large sophisticated commercial properties.
