The award was presented at the annual installation breakfast in November 2013. This award is not given out every year but only when they feel someone has been of great service to the association.
Mann has been with Pioneer since 2008 and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. She is a member of the Assistance League and past president of the Soroptimist International of Flagstaff.
