Pioneer Title Agency’s Account Servicing department provides exceptional service to our customers and we continue to upgrade our services to adapt to changes in the industry.

For all parties concerned, having a third-party service your loan has many benefits. We maintain the records for all payments paid and disbursed, hold your important documents in safe-keeping and process the applicable releases when the loan is paid in full.  Payors (borrowers) and Payees (lenders) have an assurance that any transaction involving their loan will be documented with an accurate accounting.

Our processing center is located in Sierra Vista (except for those accounts originated in Mohave and LaPaz County, see below).  Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., except holidays.  We also have a 24-hour voice message center for service needs after hours, weekends and holidays.
