here). It’s no surprise that the team was nominated when they focus on going above and beyond for their customers. To help ensure every customer is taken care of as quickly as possible, The Williams Team in Tucson uses a team email and phone number. Each team member works hard in their role but is also cross-trained, allowing them to step in and assist when others are out or inundated. What really makes this team great is the people! So let’s meet them! Samantha Williams  First, we have Samantha Williams. She is the branch manager and escrow officer leading the Williams Team. Samantha has been in the industry for seventeen years and prides herself on leadership, team-building abilities, relationship nurturing, and organization (a must when coordinating so many closings). Over her 17 years in the industry, she has seen (and closed) it all! She explains, “if there is a way to close a transaction, I will find it and get it done.” Her favorite Pioneer Title Agency core value is “Be Different” and encourages her team to embrace their differences! It is clear they take a different approach, love what they do, find success, and have fun together! But a busy escrow branch isn’t the only thing she leads. When she isn’t working to close files, you can find her coaching and managing a competitive 16U Girls Softball Team or spending time with her four children, two dogs, and her husband. Samantha has a deep love for giving back to her community, and her favorite organization support is the Ronald McDonald House. This organization hits home because she and her family lived there when her daughter was battling cancer. Whether it is on the field, giving back to the community at the Ronald McDonald House, or in her Pioneer office – working with Samantha is a home run!   Victoria Doyle Victoria Doyle is one of two Assistant Escrow Officers on the team! She has been in the industry for four years and is always ready to help out – no matter the situation! Victoria is the team lead on Title Reports and Refinances. She also assists as a closer and with processing. When needing the inspiration to tackle all the team’s title reports, she turns to music! Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family and dog, Cardi, or volunteering in her community. She has been a volunteer for the past two years at the Leukemia Lymphoma Society after losing her cousin to blood cancer.   Madison Vieux Madison Vieux is the second Assistant Escrow Officer on the Williams team. She is incredibly resilient and a great multitasker who is determined to learn more every day, as she tackles the goal of becoming an Escrow Officer. She is the team lead for Refinances and has recently started managing more Resale transactions. She loves spending time outside enjoying Arizona’s amazing sunsets. So when she is not in the office, you can find her hiking or discovering a new trail in her Jeep with her friends, family, and dog Max!   Diana Lucero Diana Lucero is the team lead of openings, resale fundings, and refi fundings! She is incredibly customer service oriented and serves as the face of the unit. With her focus so much on the customer, it is no surprise her favorite PTA core value is “Leave Things Better.” When asked why, she explained, “Our clients and customers can often be very confused about the process of their escrow…. I try my best to answer as many questions that they have and leave them knowing that we have everything under control. I want them to feel like they are heard and taken care of whenever they speak to me. I want to provide the best service possible to the clients and customers, and will go above and beyond to ensure that they feel secure in doing business with us.” And leaving things better goes beyond just escrow for Diana. She spends a lot of her time volunteering to feed those in her community and at local food pantries. She volunteers to let mothers and families know; it is okay to receive help – because that is what people like her, and these organizations are there for. Diana’s talents extend past customer service and closings. She is also a photographer and artist! Cruising around town and taking long road trips to take in Arizonas beauty is one of her favorite things (of course, with her camera in tow).   Paige Draper Paige Draper, a Southern Arizona native, is a Senior Account Executive with Pioneer Title Agency. Paige collaborates with Realtors, lenders, commercial brokers, investors, attorneys, and many other industry partners to cultivate relationships, generate business, and support community involvement. After spending over 22 years in the industry, Paige knows what truly drives successful transactions and partnerships. It’s how well you connect with the people you’re trying to help, commitment to service, integrity, and providing an exceptional experience. Her passion is fueled by a desire to continually find creative and innovative methods to improve the transaction process while elevating industry standards. Paige enjoys spending quality time with her family and volunteering within her community wherever there is a need. She currently serves on multiple philanthropic and industry boards, including the Hearth Foundation as Secretary, Stratton Ovarian Cancer Foundation, and Arizona Association of Mortgage Professionals as Secretary. She is also a committee member for the Boy Scouts of America Catalina Council Good Scout Awards Luncheon. Paige holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management in Economics. In 2019, she was awarded Affiliate of the Year by Women’s Council of Realtors Tucson Chapter. In 2020 she was a Tucson Business Women of Influence finalist. Kendal Alkhafi Kendal Alkhafi is the newest member of the team and excited to be a part of this industry! Her upbeat and outgoing personality brings extra fun to the team! She assists The Williams Team with marketing, client retention, and customer satisfaction. While she is new to Pioneer Title Agency, the core values already resonate with her. Her favorite being number two, Do The Right Thing. Kendal strives to do the right thing both in work and giving back to the community. This year, she participated in building houses with Habitat for Humanity and the Virtual Heart Walk for the American Heart Association. In her free time, Kendal is enjoying the great outdoors and heading on a camping trip! The PTA Williams Team Needs Your Vote!  It’s no wonder this team has been nominated! They work together, they work hard, but most importantly, they have fun! To vote for them, click here!
