Description: This position provides support directly to the President and team members throughout the company. The Executive Assistant handles managerial, personnel, and administrative functions. Successful candidates are confident, inner directed and self-starting, disciplined, responsive, dependable, and detailed.
Typical duties of the position may include:
Support to the President as instructed.
Answer and quickly learn how to appropriately direct calls.
Assist with leadership and management functions as assigned.
Maintain personnel files.
Prepare administrative reports.
Coordinate and implement office services with outside vendors (i.e. telephones, copiers, printers, and special projects).
The Executive Assistant will be assigned additional tasks in support of the company’s goals.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to quickly and accurately convey ideas.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks while remaining focused.
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of company and personnel information.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred
Competitive and commensurate with experience, between $40,000 to $60,000 a year, plus a robust benefits package.
