This position works to assist and reports to the IT Directors. The IT department provides support for numerous offices around the state. This person will be a key member of the IT department helping to improve customer service and implement new technologies.
Typical duties of the position may include:
The IT Helpdesk Supervisor/Project Manager may be assigned additional tasks in support of the department’s goals.
