Kim began her career working in the lending side of the real estate industry in the 90’s, then moved into the escrow and title Industry in 1994 as an Assistant Escrow Officer to a Branch Manager with a high volume of Commercial properties. In 2001, Kim was presented with an opportunity to grow her career by learning from one of the industry’s most experienced Escrow Officer/Branch Managers. It was a move that helped shape Kim into the dedicated, organized, outgoing Branch Manager she is today. Kim credits her mentor for helping mold her into one of the best Escrow Officers in the business. Kim is knowledgeable in all areas of the business, from residential resales to commercial and everything in between.
In her downtime, you’ll find Kim spending quality time with her family, which is the most important part of her life. She also likes exploring the outdoors in their side by side, especially up in the mountains with her husband, and sometimes the children and grandchildren join in too. Crown King, Arizona is her “HAPPY PLACE,” aka home away from home, which is where you will usually find her on the weekends or holiday’s. Up there the trees are tall, the air is fresh and the people are friendly. Crown King, is where she loves to reset and gets her away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
