When it comes to signing, this is the last thing you need to do before everything gets recorded, and the home is yours! We believe this event should be as fun and straightforward as possible. That is why we have some pretty great options when it comes to your signing. After all, it’s your party, and you can sign where you want to!
You have a few options:
- Sign at the office
- Courtesy signing at any of our 75+ offices
- Notary – (so you can sign in your PJs)
- A signing with RON (so you can sign on your excellent vacation)
Want to meet the amazing human who has been working on your file?! Good news you can, and they’re dying to meet you too! Your signing appointment can be set up at the Pioneer Title Agency Office, handling your transaction.
Signing here can be an excellent opportunity to meet those you have been corresponding with, and they will be the most knowledgable regarding your documents!

Buying a vacation home but don’t feel like making the trip up to the mountains to sign? No worries! We have you covered! You can have your signing appointment at any of our 75+ offices! Pioneer Title Agency services every county in Arizona-so there is bound to be an office nearby.
This option is fabulous if the escrow office handling your transaction is a bit of a trek, but you still want to have your signing in the security of an office. Courtesy signings are free to you!
Notary Sent to Your Preferred Destination (fee may apply):
Too busy to come into the office? Don’t stress about it – we can send someone to YOU! This way, you can sign on your lunch break, in your home, or at a local coffee shop.
This option is excellent if you need to sign outside of business hours. A fee may apply, so speak with your escrow officer.
Sign with RON (Remote Online Notarization) (Fee may apply):
Out of town for your closing? While that is not ideal (or recommended), we can help! As the demand for online services continues to increase, digital changes are making an impact on the real estate and title industries, including the notarizing process. Remote Online Notarization is the process of signing paperwork using audio-visual technology to appear before a notary instead of being physically present.
With this option, you could sign anywhere in the world at any time of the day! If you would like to have a completely online closing experience, please let your Escrow Office know immediately. Buyers, sellers, lenders, and underwriters must ALL approve the use of RON.
