20113 N East St Groundbreaking 10-29-2015 Pioneer Title and Mayor NaboursOn November 5, 2015, several members our Flagstaff branches helped break ground on a new low income rental project, Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona. PTA is part of a financial collaboration with the city of Flagstaff, Forest Highlands Foundation, Alliance Bank, Sunwest Bank, the Geile Charitable Foundation, the Arizona Community Foundation of Flagstaff and Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona to bring this development to life. The three-unit rental housing development, set to open in March 2016, will give families of low-income households affordable, decent rental options for the next 30 years. The project will also help revitalize a designated low-income neighborhood in Flagstaff, as the project began with the demolition of a dilapidated, unsafe structure. The northern Arizona Pioneer Title Agency branches take pride in supporting local organizations including Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Soroptimist International of Flagstaff, Keep Sedona Beautiful, Northland Family Help Center, Hope Cottage, the Flagstaff Ski Team, Flagstaff Family Food Center, Flagstaff Community Foundation, the local Boy Scouts, Flagstaff Family YMCA, Literacy International, Hope’s Closet, and many more. Each office in Coconino County and beyond, in fact, is encouraged to be active in their own neighborhoods, giving back in time, fundraising efforts and financial contributions. The Pioneer family isn’t just family owned, but made up of dozens of actual families and hundreds of friends aiming towards making Arizona a better place to live. As a result of these collective efforts, Pioneer Title Agency was recently awarded the Arizona Corporate Excellence Award for Community Impact. “As a member of the Pioneer family, I love that we are encouraged to give back and spend time in our local neighborhoods,” said Brenda Silveus, marketing director for the University branch, and Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona board member. “Serving on the board for Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona has been extremely rewarding as it provides me the opportunity to be impactful in my local real estate community.” A 2014 Arizona Corporate Excellence honoree, and recipient of the Community Impact Award, Pioneer Title Agency has proudly been serving Coconino County since 1993, handling all types of real estate transactions, ranging from the smallest secondary loans to the transfer of large sophisticated commercial properties.
