On November 5, 2015, several members our Flagstaff branches helped break ground on a new low income rental project, Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona. PTA is part of a financial collaboration with the city of Flagstaff, Forest Highlands Foundation, Alliance Bank, Sunwest Bank, the Geile Charitable Foundation, the Arizona Community Foundation of Flagstaff and Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona to bring this development to life. The three-unit rental housing development, set to open in March 2016, will give families of low-income households affordable, decent rental options for the next 30 years. The project will also help revitalize a designated low-income neighborhood in Flagstaff, as the project began with the demolition of a dilapidated, unsafe structure.
