Flagstaff's Plaza Way Branch Volunteers at Camp Colton

« TITLE TALK / Flagstaff's Plaza Way Branch Volunteers at Camp Colton

We couldn’t be happier to hear that Pioneer’s company-wide “Old School” project is really taking off! Last Saturday, August 5, our 12 employees and family members from our Flagstaff Plaza Way branch volunteered at Camp Colton in order to help prepare the camp for the upcoming school year. They spent the better part of the day repainting not one but two of the bathhouses in addition to making split-log benches for the camp! Camp Colton hosts all sixth grade students within the Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD) at no cost for four days, teaching them about nature and getting them outdoors. The camp also offers scholarships to all sixth-graders in Northern Arizona who aren’t a part of the FUSD. The team captured some great images from the day.
