Pioneer Title serves every county in Arizona, and now we are in North Scottsdale! The Pinnacle Peak branch is nestled off of Pinnacle Peak and Hayden Road, next to the Anytime Fitness.
Though this office location is new to the area, the team is not new to escrow! The branch team has a collective of over 60 years of escrow experience. Jodi Thalheimer, Branch Manager, has been with Pioneer Title for over 18 years. Her Assistant Escrow Officer, Lorri Hudson, has 11 years of experience and has been with Pioneer for over 5 years. Christine Medinger, Senior Escrow Officer, has been in the business for 16 years, and Rylee Halenar, Escrow Officer, is in her 5th year at Pioneer Title. They have a combined background working with a variety of transactions including residential, commercial, vacant land, and multi-family. With this wealth of diverse knowledge, the Pinnacle Peak branch is a true TEAM working together and offers the professional service that our customers deserve.
Alongside this escrow team is their supportive sales and marketing duo, Angie and Noel. Angie started her career in title sales right here in Pinnacle Peak 24 years ago and is so happy to come back to this beautiful area that holds a special place in her heart! If she isn’t meeting with a real estate agent or lender to help them with their business, you may find her hiking with them up Pinnacle Peak and still talking business! Noel is an amazing sales assistant that is always ready to help their real estate agents and lenders have the best experience when working with their teams. Pinnacle Peak Dream Team celebrated their grand opening the best way Pioneer knows how, locally! They also kicked off the celebration Super football style! Thank you to everyone who showed up to help us celebrate the new hometown team!
Catering was serviced by the local Copper Mule supplying the best football finger food possible. Dessert was supplied by Butta Cakes and a local cookie maker.
Elite Turf donated the turf to really pull together the football theme and make the event come to life! We also had a generous amount of raffles donated for attendees.
