Pioneer Title Agency has announced the opening of its Lake Pleasant branch, which is located at 9710 W. Happy Valley Road, Suite F-101. This marks the family owned business’ 70th location statewide, with 25 being in Maricopa County. All employees of the branch were originally working out of the Arrowhead location and will continue to run under manager and senior escrow officer, Lisa Bonner, who has been with Pioneer 10 years. To celebrate the opening, the local team is hosting a free open house event on Wednesday, Sept. 12 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. featuring complimentary food and drink and a ribbon cutting with the Peoria Chamber of Commerce at 6 p.m. Pioneer will also be honored on Sept. 13 as one of the Most Admired Companies in Arizona by BestComapniesAZ. “We look forward to serving the Lake Pleasant area with title insurance, escrow, trustee sales and builder-related trust services,” said Bonner. “But just as importantly, we look forward to continuing our strong community outreach efforts and being a voice for both business and economic development for the county.” The team also includes escrow officer’s Eron Walsh, Cathy Mauro and Pril Callinan, along with escrow assistants Renae Reynolds and Melissa O’Neil. Business developer and marketing representative Dwight Campbell will also be working out of the new location, along with vice president area sales manager Paul Jordan.
