PTA Logo_Color (3)Pioneer Title Agency is pleased to announce Gloria Beltran and Terri Kiley have joined its Palm valley branch, which is located in Goodyear, as escrow officers, where they will process and close escrow transactions as well as work closely with all parties of an escrow transaction, including lenders and Realtors®. The branch is located at 1626 North Litchfield Road, Suite 140, Goodyear, AZ 85395. Beltran and Kiley bring over 14 years of experience to the position, including prior work with various title agencies. Beltran lives in Phoenix with her son, and Kiley lives in Peoria with her daughters. A 2014 Arizona Corporate Excellence honoree, and recipient of the Community Impact Award, Pioneer Title Agency has proudly been serving Maricopa County since 2006, handling all types of real estate transactions, ranging from the smallest secondary loans to the transfer of large sophisticated commercial properties.
